In the app (instant)

  1. Open GymNexa AI and tap your profile photo on the Today screen.
  2. Scroll down and tap Delete account.
  3. Confirm. Your account is deleted immediately.

By email

If you no longer have the app, email [email protected] from your Google account's email address with the subject "Delete my GymNexa AI account". We delete it within 7 days.

What is deleted

Your account, fitness profile, workout plans, workout history, food diary, water and weight logs are permanently deleted. Nothing is retained. Coach chat history lives only on your device and is removed when you uninstall the app.
